| Description | DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCESS DIGITILIZATION SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONS AND DIRECTORATES OF MCI MCI, intends to facilitate general public through digitalization and invites proposals for Design, development and implementation of Process Digitalization System of Functions and Directorates of MCI, (Dte: of Municipal Administration, Dte: of Health Servies, Dte: of Revenue, Dte: Emergency Disaster & Management, Emergency,1122, CDA Model School, Director (CE: Lab), Director G&H Lab and Mayor/Administrative/DDG HR/legal office) The firms should be registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Request for Proposal RFP) is required from reputed technology firms having at least 03 years of experience in the relevant field, the details are given as under:- 1. One sealed envelope containing two sealed envelopes clearly marked in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion as ?Technical Proposal? and ?Financial Proposal? are to be filled by interested firms. 2. Valid legal entity i.e., registration with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or registrar of firms etc. 3. National Tax Registration Number (NTN)/Copy of Income tax return and STN. 4. Past performance on similar assignments. 5. The authorized Representation of firm shall sign the Proposal cover letter on letter head. RFP shall be hard bound. Loose paper/Ring binded paper in the file will not be accepted and shall be considered ineligible. 6. Chain marking / numbering of pages of complete Proposal. Signing all pages of original Proposal; and initialing all the pages of the Proposal document copy. 7. TORs can be obtained after payment of five thousand rupees Rs.5000/- through pay order (non-refundable) from the office of DDO (DMA), MCI, Fire Headquarter Building G-7/1 Islamabad till 20.05.2024 (Monday) and will be received on 21.05.2024 (Tuesday) till 11:30 am. The ?Technical Proposal? will be opened on same day at 2.30 pm. The envelop marked as ?Financial Proposal? shall be retained in the custody of procuring agency without being opened. 8. No TORs document will be sold/issued on date of opening of tender. 9. Detailed terms & conditions are available in the TORs documents. The interested firms are advised to read the same carefully and submit the proposals accordingly. 10. MCI reserves the right to reject all or any of the tenders as per PPRA Rules 33(1).
